Our team worked very well together. We listen to peoples opinions and encouraged each other to share their ideas. I think our team was successful as friends because we treated each other nicely. We took our time and brainstormed before all challenges. I think that me and my advisory group, grew as people and as friends.

How do ancient Egyptians farm?
- In November after the Nile subsided they would Sow farm
- Done in pairs
- Scattered wheat or barely seed
- Other is behind with cattle drawing a plow
- Crops harvested in summer used wooden sickles
- Farmers whole family helps
How did ancient Egyptians get their food?
- many different crops
- Most important crops: wheat and barley
- Also grew veggies onions, radishes, peas, beans, cucumber, and lettuce
- Meat grew cattle: hunted geese, ducks, cranes, and other wildfowl
- Cows = milk plus cheese and the drink
- Barley made into bear
What do lower class Egyptians and upper class Egyptians eat?
- Lower class people had simple meals
- Upper class had a choice of food
- Example lower class: veggies, fish, bread, water or bear
- Example upper class: fish, pigeon stew, kidneys, quail, rib of beef, bread rolls, small round cakes, cherry like fruit, stewed figs, cheese, wine, bear

My Favorite Character in Seedfolks
In the book seedfolks by Paul Fleischman, so far my favorite character is Leona’s grandma. I like her because I think that she is sassy. I think she is sassy, because in the book it tells us that she does not believe in doctors. When a doctor tries to help her she doesn’t listen and the doctor always dies before her. I think that she is also very funny, because after every doctor that tries to help her dies she keeps the obituary. One other thing that I like about her is that she does things her way. Something that I can relate to her is that I can be sassy and moody and funny at times. Personally I like when I and people do things my way. I also get things done. I think that Leona’s grandma is very funny and makes you laugh. She is a great character in seedfolks.
I Would Like To Visit Hawaii
I would love to go to Hawaii an island far away in the Pacific Ocean. I would like to go to Hawaii because I think that it is a beautiful location to visit. Another reason I would like to go to Hawaii is because I would love to relax on the beach and swim in the warm clear ocean. The oceans here in North Carolina are musky and you cannot see where you are stepping. I have never been snorkeling and I would love to swim with the dolphins. I have never tried coconut water/milk and I would like to try it when I go there I have no family there, but we could go there on a family vacation. You can also do many different things too, such as eat great food, hike and more fun things. I really want to go to Hawaii as a family trip and spend family time with my family. We are so busy and going on vacation will let us have fun and relax. I can’t wait till I can go to Hawaii
