Community and Friendship

I really enjoyed the ChargerTrails. I thought it was a great way to get to know other people and even know ourselves. The team building events were a great way to have fun and build trust.

Marble Challenge: I thought that the marble challenge was the hardest for us as a team. I think that it was the hardest because all of us were trying to take control of a multiple person task. As the common expression goes ” There were to many chefs in the kitchen.” I felt as if nobody would listen to me as well as other people. The challenge was also a very fun and brain-teasing event. The way to get a marble across a 20 ft long expanse with about nine ft of hollow piping. It was fun watching everybody desperately cling to the marble with our tubes in the last try while we were trying to “participate.” This event was an event that really made us work together.

Hog Call: I thought this was an easy, fun, and kind of simple. It really was fast and eventful. It was fast because there were only about one or two leaders. It was east in the sense that since there was only one leader, there was a no want for power, and no disagreeing. Overall, this was a great team building event.
