I think that we kind of failed at the end. In these challenges I think that we did fail on the marble one but I think that we did well on the maze and the hog call. We should have elected a leader for the marble challenge and we almost did, but it was either half the team or one person saying no to it. I think that I was a good teammate but how should I know. I think that I did my share in submitting ideas. As for as a friend I am absolutely clueless about how I did during these challenges. At the first thing we went and did it very well but then it just went downhill. In the maze we were all fighting for attention including me and we did not have a set leader which was necessary to do it well. On the marble challenge we started really well and eventually I wanted a break because we were all yelling which made my head hurt. All in all I think that we did well then horrible.

What variety of functions did scribes fulfill in ancient Egyptian society?
Administer laws, taxes, supervise government project and were paid well
Why was the most important part of the school curriculum reading and writing hieroglyphs and hieratic?
Hieratic used for anything except religious books and scrolls in which hieroglyphics were used.
How was school life hard for students?
Strict and long.
Be hurt some if bad work.
What would successful do after their completed training?
Would get advice record keep and do jobs for government
What did scribe write on?
Scribes wrote on stone tablets for the first 4 years and after that they would write on papyrus scrolls.

Character thing
I liked Leona’s grandma because the things that she did showed and disproved the doctors like with the medicine. Also because my mind is kind of messed up and the thought of a 99 year old women trying to kill the younger doctors just to live longer than them is just hilarious. I think that one thing that I have in common with her is that she is pretty stubborn. In this way she sticks to her opinion and tries to disprove anyone that challenges her. Also the idea of her only taking golden rod as the only medicine for her long life.
