Today while exploring arduinos and LEds, I learned how to program and arduino (again) as well as how to wire an arduino. In addition, I was reminded on how to wire lights on breadboard. Obviously, Harrison and I wired a LED to our program called arduino and made the light blink with a specific time in between. Also, We wired lights to a coin battery as well as attaching a switch for the light. In all, I gained lots of knowledge on circuits and arduinos
To construct the holster, we decided to brainstorm ideas. We each took about 10 minutes and jotted down ideas that coma to mind. After everyone had explained their ideas, we agreed on using a hybrid between Harrison’s and Leo’s idea. First, we sketched the idea on paper and considers the materials we would need. We then made minor modifications and began building the model in sketchup. After finishing, we brainstormed further add ons and decided to add magnets to make the grip even stronger. By the end, we were left with a satisfying product that would suit our needs
I learned to operate sketch up, specifically the tool functions, how to build certain shapes, and how to maneuver objects.
