What went well for my group was when we were doing the maze if someone made a mistake we didn’t get mad. When we did the Hog call we decided on a leader which would match all the people together and that made the process quicker.

- Had to know how to use pulse to determine a person’s health
How did the doctors cure the problems the Egyptians had?
- Used magic, medicine, or both
- Had many treatments
- Had treatments for tumors, eye problems, snake bites, and more
What techniques were used to help a baby be born safely and stay healthy?
- Relied on magic from the gods rather than medicine
- Relied on gods to help the mother give birth safely
- Relied on gods to protect children from diseases
- Midwife would usually attach charms to the child’s body to invoke gods
- Washed baby in Nile for protection after they are born

Seedfolks Favorite Character
My favorite character is Sam. I like Sam because he tries to solve problems in the world and make different races get along with each other. He seems to have a lot of care for people and wants to make them happy. Sam is all about doing right and not wrong. He encourages other people to do right also. I can relate to Sam because Sam and I both like to make people happy no matter what they look like. We both like to do good and we both are trying to make the world a better place. Sam seems very much like me and I like his caring personality.
