This is my Tiny House. It is 10’10 x 13 feet on both floors, for a sq. footage total of 282 feet. I was able to fit in a bathroom with a shower and sink, as well as a kitchen complete with a pantry, refrigerator, counter space, a sink, and a small table with 2 chairs. The upstairs bedroom/living area has a bed and a night table, a dresser, a couch with an ottoman, and a television for entertainment. I was able to fit all of my needs in with a fair amount of luxuries, such as the night stand, various storage devices like my cabinets and dressers, and a pretty spacious bedroom with a large bed, television, large couch, and table.
