School Seal
The official school seal has very limited application. It is primarily for official Cary Academy use, including contracts, certain stationery, podiums, invitations, and diplomas. To ensure consistency, use the art as it is; do not separate or alter the components. The seal should be used only for official school business and is meant to symbolize permanence.
Do not attempt to reconstruct the logo. Always use the files provided in downloads.
Clear space
When placing the seal, be sure to leave proper clear space around it for visibility and contrast. Do not “crowd” the logo with other graphic or textual elements. Leave clear space that is at least the height of the inner circle on all four sides of the logo. There may be times when maintaining proper clear space is not possible. However, try to follow these guidelines whenever you can. These guidelines are only minimum clear space requirements. More space around the logo is always encouraged.
Preferred uses
Whenever possible, the logo should be rendered with PMS 301 blue and PMS 116 yellow.
A white version may be used when seal is placed on a darker background. All approved versions are provided in downloads.
Violations
In order to maintain a strong identity, do not compromise the integrity of the Cary Academy seal with unapproved logo variations. Always use the files provided in downloads.
