In celebration of Cary Academy’s 20th anniversary, the Cary Academy orchestra is hard at work to create a concert in memory of the most popular music pieces the orchestra has played since its inception. Mr. Qiao, the conductor for the ensemble, is creating a thrilling composition of these unforgettable songs to be played in the upcoming April concert. The pieces include both dramatic, movie-themed songs and powerful, classical symphonies. The orchestra has been preparing for this concert with help of Mr. Qiao. To build the seamless, harmonious sound, a lot of effort has to be put in. The performance is open to the Cary Academy community and it is one that should not be missed. In addition to the preparation for the concert, The Cary Academy orchestra is preparing for a competition at Busch Gardens in Virginia. The orchestra will be taking a trip in order to compete with other orchestras from across the country.
This symphony orchestra consists of a multitude of instruments.
