Our first mistake was wearing bikini’s and our second was making the wise decision of walking into the water. Once you get into the water, there is no getting out. Once we finally warmed up, Mehitabel decided to make everyone dunk at least to their shoulders under the water, which was fun until we got up out of the water. Monica was very upset and cold. She finally convinced Aditi and Mehitabel to get the heck out of the freezing water (which was not really freezing). Our feet got sand stuck to them because we were wet. Finally, Monica was one of the only people who brought a towel which was passed around to almost every person in our DT. While everyone was comfortable in their sandals, Monica who was wearing Air Force 1’s was walking barefoot, along the rocky path to the bus. Monica and Jiya downed her entire six bags of chips causing them to fall asleep five minutes later, while Mehitabel and Anna were having a lovely conversation about Pinterest.
