Every Saturday, Emilia and some of the girls have field hockey games. Around 9:00 am I woke up ready to cheer on the girls but the rain got the best of us. This allowed me to get some extra sleep and watch The Vampire Diaries with Emilia and Valentina. At 12:45, I had woken up from a long and soothing nap. Valentina and Emilia were still sleeping so I checked up on social media during their slumber. Finally at 1:45, they woke up, but around that time I find out that their field hockey game is canceled. I’m sad that I won’t be able to see them play but at the same time I’m glad I will be spending the last Saturday with them. Around 2:30, Chelsea and Popi picked us up and we were on the way to Agustine’s house for a pre-party. There were darts, fooseball, and food. We even watched a scary movie called Dark Skies but it wasn’t very good. The acting was horrible and it wasn’t scary at all. After a few hours of the exchange students bonding, Emilia and I left around 7:30 to relax at her house before another party. At 9 pm we head out to an exchange student party hosted by Valentina. The party was really fun, I was able to meet more QHS students and dance all night.

I woke up at 11 am and then watched some TV with Juan. We had lunch at home of bife de chorizo before leaving to go to a party at Agustine’s house. After that then we went home for a bit to rest before we went to another party at night in he city of Quilmes. We stayed there until 1 before going home and going to sleep.
On this second Saturday Alejo and I woke up arojnd 11 am to visit Buenos Aires via bus, and went shopping for gifts. We stayed around he city until about 2, then traveled to a party at Agustin’s house. A party followed after that from 9-1.
On saturday I woke up at 8 with Juana, Vicky and Pauli to get ready for the girls field hockey game. Like Kate mentioned, it rained so we watched Frozen. After lunch we went to Augustine’s house and watched a horror movie, then headed out to the organized party. This was so much fun because a DJ was there and everyone was dancing.
On Saturday, I also woke up around 11 am. Me and Gina then went out to lunch with Ben and Tomas where I tried panqueques con dulce de leche for the first time. It was really good. After that, we all went to Augustine’s house and watched a horror movie. Following this, there was a party until 1 in which people outside of the exchange were also invited. Everyone danced a lot.
On Saturday, I woke up at 11 and spent some time talking and relaxing with Popi. We then had pasta for lunch and headed to Agustine’s house where we played foosball and darts. We also watched an alien horror movie. Afterwards we headed back to Popi’s house to change and get ready for the party later that night. We ate food, danced, laughed and talked at the party. We then headed home and retired for the night.
I woke up in the morning and laid in bed for a little while. Then I got up and got ready to meet Hernan’s family. We ate breakfast together and then decided we would go to Augustine’s party. After Augustine’s party we went back home to change for a second party. After that party it was late and we went home and went to sleep.
Hey Kate! On Saturday I also got ready for the field hockey game, but it was canceled. We hung out at Vickys house until around 2 and then headed to Agustin’s. Then we went to Valentina’s for a party. It was a fun day!
