Today I woke up at 8 am and had pain au chocolat from the local bakery for breakfast. At around 10 am my exchange student Léo and I went to a basketball court nearby and played basketball for about an hour. Despite beating him by 15, he still said that I was terrible for an American and that I should be much better. After that, we rested at his house for 2 hours preparing for a big afternoon.
At 1 pm we ate lunch which was burgers and they all ate them with forks and knives which shocked me. From 3-6 pm we were at the gardens in le Domaine de Chaumont sur Loire. There were some really cool ones and it was a great way to spend the afternoon. Lastly, we ate sausages for dinner and played ping pong.
