Come explore a different type of exercise–physical and/or mental–each day, along with some great, mostly healthy eating! Some of our activities will include: rock climbing, kayaking, driving range, hiking, yoga and frisbee golf. This DT focuses on learning how to incorporate physical education, mental well-being and eating healthy that’s good for the mind and the body.
