This morning we made an assortment of different icings. We made cream cheese frosting, vanilla american buttercream, italian meringue, swiss meringue buttercream and french buttercream! We got to compare the tastes and textures of them all and the american buttercream was my favorite. We then dyed the different frostings and put them into pipping bags to decorate our cupcakes with. Everyone made really beautiful and creative designs, we got to experiment using different piping tips!
