Today, Cook it and Book it started off with worktime creating the final cookbook. Using Canva, we began our final draft using ideas from our group and we made substantial progress.
In the afternoon, we made galettes thanks to Phillip! He is a French tutor who has subbed at Cary Academy before. They were delicious, filled with ham, bacon, spinach, cheese, and mushrooms, and we were able to share with many around the campus.
