Today in the health and fitness discovery term we started off with our morning walk and then completed a speed and agility workout with Coach Huxford. This workout consisted of partner core exercises and relay race competitions. We had lunch off campus at DICED where we built our own salads and wraps. Upon our arrival to campus,  we had some friendly competition on the tennis courts and made smoothies with the strawberries we picked yesterday during the DT. Blending the strawberries picked yesterday with other fruit, milk, yogurt, and ice, we made a variety of smoothies, perfecting the recipe as we went, and froze some in small cups to enjoy popsicles tomorrow!
