Today, the Cook it and Book it DT went to pick up various ingredients for our next recipes at Trader Joes, Target, and Patel Brothers. We took a pit stop at La Bonita in Cary and tried horchata and other Mexican snacks.

Later, we made samosas with chicken keema and potato filling in our homemade dough. It took a lot of effort frying them to make them golden and crispy, but we were successful and they were delicious.
