Today, we changed the oil on 3 different cars. Everybody individually learned where the oil and transmission drain bolts were on a car, and 9 different people were selected to individually complete different tasks involved in changing the oil. We all learned how to correctly drain the oil, replace the oil filter, and refill the oil.
