Exploration of sports had a great time on day 1. We first played basketball in the gym. We played many 3v3s and practiced our shooting and layups. We also learned about the history of basketball and played many fun kahoots about basketball with the winner getting a great prize. We went on a field trip to the UNC Basketball Museum and looked at all the amazing awards and priceless items inside. The students were very amazed by the museum. We also took a look around at the UNC track and soccer field. We played some more basketball when we came back and overall, the students had a great day 1 in exploration of sports!!
