Today in East Asian Culture Discovery Term, we were able to experience East Asian cuisine hands-on. Together, everyone rode in the bus to Thai’s Noodles, a small business, to experience several native East Asian cuisines. We enjoyed our delicious meals at a local park, discovering the rich flavors and spices possessed by typical East Asian cuisine. We were able to deepen our appreciation for East Asian cooking and the effort that must go into creating such amazing meals.
