After taking our second daily walk around the SAS campus and collecting some “artifacts”, the Health and Fitness DT traveled to the CA weight room for an intense Speed and Agility class. We then learned in-depth about smoothies, their benefits, and how to best make them. After our legs felt like Jell-O, we decided to do even more exercise (very smart stuff) walking to Tropical Smoothie Cafe and eating a healthy lunch. Afterward, we returned to campus to hang out and exercise on the quad! Can’t wait for day 3!
