When we arrived in carowinds we first went on the intimidator which was this moderately large roller coaster and was a good start to the day, it was a decent drop and had lots of loops and was very long. Next was the nighthawk, this one was interesting, we hung from our backs and felt like we were going to fall forward the entire time and it was just a weird sensation overall, but enjoyable. afterwards ms scoville wanted us to go on the sky tower which looked over the entire park and following that we went on the vortex, a standing up ride that was not enjoyable for most 😊. We wanted to do one more before we stopped for lunch, and the Fury seemed like the perfect one, for it was voted #1 steel coaster of the year. It had a huge drop and went super fast and everyone agreed it was one of the best rides. We stopped for lunch to have subs and topped it off with the gold rusher, a wooden coaster that wasn’t very exciting. On the other side of the park was the flying cobras and the copperhead, two decently good rides, with the copperhead being the best one yet, even though there were technical difficulties. To finish the day we went on the afterburn a great ride where your feet hang off.
