Then we went back to the class in order to see the animals that people from the Museum of Life and Science had brought some animals in. The first of these was a Madagascan Hissing Cockroach. The cockroach wasn’t so much scary as it was just gross. Next there was a Chilean rose tarantula, as soon as this was taken out, Ms. Gooding ran out of the classroom and into the hallway. The tarantula gave us all little spider hi-fives. As soon as the spider was put back in the box Ms. Gooding was willing to come back into the class. Then they pulled out a ball python and we got to feel it.
