This afternoon Jonas Pope IV (on Twitter @JEPopeIV) of the News & Observer came to speak with the class. Mr. Pope is a general assignments writer for the sports department, so he doesn’t have a regular beat. He writes feature stories and gets to bounce from sport to sport and team to team to help fill in gaps. He said he enjoys that because no two days are the same.
