Folu Ogundipe and I, Sierra Nesbeth worked extremely well together. Although we got off to a rough start once we found the direction we wanted to go in everything became smooth sailing for the rest of the project. We did most of the work by splitting it up and giving responsibility but we always checked each others work and ideas to see if we had any suggestions to make it even better. My favorite part of the project was designing the website. I liked how you can make it eye catching as well as adding your own personal touch. One thing i would change is putting the yammer comments actually in the website, because if someone actual used it for research then they wouldn’t know what yammer is and they would have our first and last name. Going from here i am surprisingly nervous about the future of the black lives matter movement because of the new president elect Donald J. Trump. I will continue to be an activist and one day i hope i can be in a real protest and understand what it feels like to not be heard when you are trying to save America and the world from destruction, first it starts with African Americans, then it could end up being you.
