At Prudent Growth today I successfully finished up my late fee project. I have recorded and logged over 375 late fee policies as well as administrated them through company software. I also surprisingly received a really hate-filled email from someone to who I administered a late fee too, so that was fun. I also to was offered a job for the rest of summer and my senior year here at prudent growth, I was offered this on my 3rd day but I finally accepted the offer today. I’m officially the youngest employee at the firm.

Today was a different day, the firm’s summer intern orientation day. The firm had four college student interns for the summer, so everyone got together to make a presentation to get them to speed on the day-to-day operations, goals, and functions of the firm. I was fortunate enough to be treated as a full-time intern as I got a seat at the table along with the standard summer intern “swag bag” and work materials. Though, it should have come with a warning as the presentation lasted a solid five and a half hours. I am happy to say I think I could have lasted a few more hours at that table, given what I was being told. The table was loaded with candy bowls to keep me intrigued as well. Though in all seriousness, I learned more today than ever. Not just on the firm but the industry as a whole, along with tons of information on general finance and Economics.
