EJ’s Last Day :(

Witam wszystkich! (that means “hello all” in Polish. Did you know other than English, Polish is the most spoken language in England? The more you know).

Today is sadly the last Fred Flick of the season. Fred is very sad to see us go. In other news, literally everyone but Ivy and I were late to the last day. He loves the CA mug we got him though. He’s a big tea guy, and it’s a perfect tea mug.

Today we have a full schedule ahead of us. We have a presentation in the morning, some research on market user sizes in the afternoon, and the rest of the day is focused on finding local building managers to reach out to. Fred also informed us that we would be having a quiz at the end of the day (what is this… school?)

I did Ivy’s eyeliner today that’s why they’re slaying extra hard.

EJ Day 7

Ello mate (I’m adapting British vernacular courtesy of Fred)

It’s the second to last day! (Fred Flick at the end don’t worry everyone)

Everyone is here today! Michael and Colin are twinning (how cute!) with their pink polos and khakis (and cross chains… how religious)

Today was the last day we see Mark, so we did a round table talk about how the WEP has gone, what we learned, questions, etc. Other than that, we all individually worked on finding partners for MPro5 (IE. possible collaborators in reselling, aka software integrating companies).

here’s Fred everyone:

i’m smiling for once. with teeth. what a treat. (#Fred4Life)

au revior,

EJ day 6: post memorial fun

Hello all. It’s day 6, hope everyone had a good memorial weekend.

Daily Fred flicks! Fred is looking extra Fred today too #Fred4Life #FredAndIAreBestiesNow

Today we’re focused on PPCs, which is basically advertising words on search engines to get more clicks. MPro5 is having us research possible key terms to invest in, and we’re presenting that and a general overview to a marketing director in England.

Most of us are working diligently.

adieu,

EJ

EJ takes on Day Five

Hello. It’s day five, Friday! It’s only me, Colin, Michael, and Evan. Small group! (everyone else is sick or has something else).

Even though we’re a small group, I will not deprive you of the daily Fred flicks. A quote from Fred today:

“I’m still working three jobs. It’s kinda hellish”

-Fred

Fred! (sitting edition): hard at work. #Fred4Life

#Fred4Life. Anyway. Since it’s a small group we’re continuing to work on the reports on competition. We met Barry the other day (chairman! the big boss!) he was very nice. our presentation of SEO’s went well.

I’m thinking of ordering chiptole delivery for lunch to reward myself for a successful week. Will keep y’all updated.

EJ Day 3 and 4

Hello all. Yesterday was very busy. So today will be a comprehensive list of both days.

To accommodate, there are not one, but TWO Fred pics for your enjoyment. Double the Fred, double the fun. #Fred4Life is still going strong.

Yesterday was busy, mostly from writing up reports on keyword identifiers in search engines to see where MPro5 can improve marketing. We completed a presentation on our findings, including marketing strategies and areas we see a need for improvement, due to the new nature of the company in North America.

Today we’re focused on presenting our findings from yesterday and continuing research, this time on competitors of MPro5 in North America, which we will be presenting tomorrow. lots of presentations.

Nousha and I are going to try to meet up with Nitya, Elle and Michael for lunch to form a mega intern group.

Day 2: Representative EJ

Hello all. I am the one consistent representative of the group. Everyone else is hashing it out daily. That was item 1 of the agenda.

No coffee was made for Evan today (especially not by Nousha. She inquired whether she should give him an apology coffee to redeem herself. We all vetoed the idea).

(Another) picture with Fred was taken. We are now besties. #Fred4Life

meeting with the execs was supposed to happen. It did not. Instead we worked some more and pet some pretty cute dogs. 10/10.

that’s all,

EJ

EJ Day One: Market Research

  • Struggled to find parking but were still on time (met the dog in the office)
  • team meeting to discuss the objectives of the internship project, met Fred! (he’s great)
  • beginning research on the North American market for possible clientele for MPro5. Realization: Market research is not easy.
  • chewed through 1.5 packs of gum. The internship life isn’t a walk in the park.
  • overall 10/10. Excited for tomorrow.

    Nousha, Me, Fred
