How to Respond to Hate Mail - Barry Moltz

At Prudent Growth today I successfully finished up my late fee project. I have recorded and logged over 375 late fee policies as well as administrated them through company software. I also surprisingly received a really hate-filled email from someone to who I administered a late fee too, so that was fun. I also to was offered a job for the rest of summer and my senior year here at prudent growth, I was offered this on my 3rd day but I finally accepted the offer today. I’m officially the youngest employee at the firm.

Today at prudent Growth it was the first day of the summer interns so the office was much more busy than usual. The office as a whole went out to eat at a restaurant for lunch. In the morning I continue putting my late fees into the firm’s software. In the afternoon though I joined in on an admin meeting as well as a conference call between Jerry and a management company.

Today at Prudent Growth, I finished my late fee project. I successfully collected and searched through 375 leases. I also went in and manually calculated and inserted late fees for all delinquent tenants for May. Thinking of Introducing a Late Fee?

Today I continued my late fee project. The project is coming towards an end as I probably have roughly 40 units left out of roughly 400. My supervisor came in and told me about the next step of my project where I will be putting my late fees into their firm’s billing software. I liked hearing this because I felt like the work I had done I will get to Implement myself.

Today at PGP I continued to work on my late fee project for the morning. Though in the afternoon towards the end my sponsor and CEO Tom Hahn came into my office and offered to have me join in on a call of his. It was really interesting to be able to see how he does business when working with contractors on large-scale projects.

The Internet Found A Mystery Involving "The Office" Conference Room | HelloGigglesToday was a different day, the firm’s summer intern orientation day. The firm had four college student interns for the summer, so everyone got together to make a presentation to get them to speed on the day-to-day operations, goals, and functions of the firm. I was fortunate enough to be treated as a full-time intern as I got a seat at the table along with the standard summer intern “swag bag” and work materials. Though, it should have come with a warning as the presentation lasted a solid five and a half hours. I am happy to say I think I could have lasted a few more hours at that table, given what I was being told. The table was loaded with candy bowls to keep me intrigued as well. Though in all seriousness, I learned more today than ever. Not just on the firm but the industry as a whole, along with tons of information on general finance and Economics.

10 Tips on Writing a Lease Agreement That's Airtight - AllBusiness.com

My second day was my first authentic look at what business and real-world work look like. I spent my entire day in my (one day) temporary office, working on a project that I predict will take me the better half of my two weeks to complete. I work with the Operations team of Prudent Growth, reviewing contracts and helping the company establish its late payment lease audits. My role over the next two weeks is to review over 400 individual lease contracts and record their late fee policy. The problem I encountered is that the review is more of a search because almost every contract is different from the other, and the section regarding late fees is never in the same place.

Google Maps are not working • Yoast

On my first day, It was more of a welcome day. After successfully not being able to locate the building because Google Maps doesn’t like me and two calls to my sponsor, I finally found the building. So as I ran across the entire Chapel Hill business park because I was on the wrong side. When I finally arrived at the door, I was met with a modest yet stylish simple modern office. I was quickly taken in by my mentor Tom Hahn, who spoke to me for the better sum of two hours about prudent growth and his and my role within it after I met with my supervisory Jerry, Tom’s brother, who introduced me to the rest of the office staff before introducing me to my project for the forthcoming weeks.
