The things we learned were umbrella, cisco security, and duo. They all deal with security and making sure that Cisco and its customers are protected from hackers.

One thing that was really cool was learning about how people usually don’t know they were hacked until days or months afterwards and when they do realize they were hacked, it takes on average 6 months to trace it back to the root.
It is also very funny to learn about Duo because your phone is needed as well as your username and password to login, so people can get very frustrated very fast because they will frequently not be able to get into their email if they don’t have their phone, aren’t on the wifi of the place, or aren’t on the latest update of the software.
