In the afternoon today, we met with our lead coordinator and also Social Media manager, Ms. Alaina Ruggery. She walked us through the Disney Princess and Wrightsville Beach accounts and showed us their social media roadmap for June and the software they use to create this plan and generate ads. We learned about how for most of their Instagram feeds they utilize UGC’s, or user-generated content, which is essentially reposting other creator’s images with permission. We learned about how they attain said permission, keep track of it, and how they form copies (captions) based on the photos. Below is a picture of us with Ms. Ruggery in the Oak Room!!
