Welcome to the first edition of the Campitor for the 2018-2019 school year! It’s just past midterms, and already the trimester has been full of activity– the freshmen are settling into US life, the seniors are applying to college, and everyone is getting into the routine of club meetings and classes and extracurriculars. The Campitor’s also in full swing. In this issue, you’ll find our renewed advice column, a brand-new comic strip, articles on class trips, sports, and more. We’re also planning on publishing six issues this year, keeping you as up-to-date on CA life as possible!

I’m excited to begin my first year as Editor-in-Chief, and I’m even more excited to announce this year’s staff: Claire Ferris, McKay Lucas, Angelina Chen, Lauren Kelly, Safiya Alvi, Kathryn Chao, Ashley Grubstein, Gabby Matejowsky, Erin Singleton, and Ashleigh Smith. As always, an extra thanks to our faculty advisor, Ms. Buie, for all her help on this issue!
