Welcome to the first Campitor edition for the 2015-2016 school year! In this edition, we have articles on many organizations within the CA community from SADD to Key/Beta Clubs to Reedy Creek ESL tutoring and more! We are very thankful to all the writers who took the time out of their busy schedules in order to write for us and share a little more information about their organization’s place within the Cary Academy community.

I’d also like to extend my thanks to Ms. McGauley, our club’s advisor who has been an incredible resource in all facets of Campitor and without whom the Campitor would not run. Additionally, I’m very grateful for all Mr. Sauls has done in moving us over to this new blog space and designing our logo. I hope that you enjoy the capabilities of this new space, such as the ability to comment on individual articles rather than the edition in its totality. I’m very excited for this new format and think it should make for a vast improvement over the old one! Definitely, let us know what you think and any feedback you may have for improvements.

I’d also like to welcome our two junior editors: sophomore, Hope Ferris, and junior, Divya Vijayakumar. They have done a fantastic job in editing this edition, and I’m extremely grateful to have them onboard for the Campitor this year.

I sincerely hope that you enjoy this edition and learning more about just some of the groups that make Cary Academy the special community that it is.
