Eric Grush Bio
Eric Grush has 17 years of experience teaching music to middle and high school students. He became a charter faculty member of Cary Academy in 1997 to develop the instrumental music program for grades 6-12, and over the past 14 years, Cary Academy Band students have earned numerous honors and awards, including grand champion and first place awards. Over 150 of his students have been selected for various honor bands. In his classes, he utilizes audio recording and editing software, music practicing and assessment software, music composition and theory software, his band website, and WordPress blogs with his students to listen and learn. Mr. Grush grew up in Raleigh, is a Pittsburgh Steeler fanatic, and is obsessed with everything Disney.
